IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA ...BARBOUR COUNTY IN NORTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA ...RANDOLPH COUNTY CHARLESTON RADAR INDICATED THAT A LINE OF INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING OVER BARBOUR AND RANDOLPH COUNTIES. THERE HAVE BEEN RADAR ESTIMATES OF OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN THE PAST HOUR. STATE POLICE REPORT THAT THERE HAS BEEN SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING NEAR JUNIOR IN BARBOUR COUNTY. MORE STORMS MOVING OVER THE AREA WILL EXACERBATE THE SITUATION DURING THE NEXT FEW HOURS. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
