FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  545 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHEAST OHIO
 
   ...GALLIA COUNTY
 
DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR WAS ESTIMATING THAT BETWEEN 3.0 AND 3.5 INCHES OF
RAINFALL HAD FALLEN FROM THE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE COUNTY IN THE PAST
HOUR. THIS AMOUNT OF RAINFALL CAN CAUSE SMALL STREAMS AND CREKKS TO
RISE RAPIDLY TO NEAR AND OVER BANKFULL.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
