IN SOUTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA ...NORTHERN WEBSTER COUNTY WEATEHR SERVICE RADAR INDICATES THAT ABOUT TWO INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER THE RUGGED TERRAIN OF NORTHERN WEBSTER COUNTY IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THIS RAINFALL IS MORE THAN TWICE NEEDED FOR FLOODING. THE THUNDERSTORM IS SHOWING NO SIGNS OF WEAKENING OR MOVING. INTENSE RAINFALL IS CONTINUING TO FALL. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT. IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR CREEKS WHICH CAN BECOME KILLERS IN HEAVY RAINS.
