IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH CAROLINA ...SOUTHEASTERN CHATHAM COUNTY...SOUTHERN WAKE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA ...NORTHERN HARNETT COUNTY AT 520 PM WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO OVER EXTREME SOUTHEAST CHATHAM COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST NEAR 35 MPH TOWARD NORTHERN HARNETT AND SOUTHERN WAKE COUNTIES. PEOPLE NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD ACT NOW TO PROTECT THEIR LIVES.
