IN NORTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA ...HALIFAX COUNTY AT 215 PM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN HALIFAX COUNTY JUST WEST OF ENFIELD. DIME-SIZED HAIL HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED IN ENFIELD.
