A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE INTO EASTERN HUERFANO COUNTY BY 435 PM
AND SHOULD MOVE TO WITHIN A FEW MILES EAST OF WALSENBURG BY ABOUT 515
PM.
 
DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THAT THIS STORM WAS LOCATED ABOUT 2 MILES SOUTH OF
COLORADO CITY AT 430 PM AND WAS WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTH AT 20 MPH.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR EASTERN HUERFANO HAS EXPIRED...

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM THAT MOVED SOUTH OF WALSENBURG HAS DECREASED IN
INTENSITY.  AT 350 PM PUEBLO DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THIS STORM
WAS 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WALSENBURG.  THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE
SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

STRONG GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
SMALL HAIL MAY ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER STORMS.
