WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 210 PM MST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHWESTERN ARIZONA

...EXTREME WESTERN MOHAVE COUNTY INCLUDING BULLHEAD CITY...

AT 12 NOON MST...THE BULLHEAD CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORTED FLOODING AT
SOME INTERSECTIONS OF BULLHEAD CITY FROM RUNNING WASHES. WATER WAS AS
HIGH AS 3 FEET AT SOME INTERSECTIONS.

TWO PEOPLE WERE TRAPPED IN A VEHICLE CAUGHT IN A FLOODED INTERSECTION OF
BULLHEAD CITY. WATER FILLED THE VEHICLE AS HIGH AS THE DOOR HANDLES.

A> FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.

DO NOT TRY TO CROSS FLOODED HIGHWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
