FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  615 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...MERCER COUNTY
 
AT 312 PM EDT A SKYWARN OBSERVER IN SHARON REPORTED 2 INCHES OF RAIN
FROM 2 PM TO 310 PM. DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THIS STORM NEAR
MERCER AND ADDITIONAL STORMS MOVING INTO SOUTHWEST MERCER COUNTY NEAR
SHARON. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. STREETS AND
SMALL STREAMS WILL LIKELY FLOOD WITH THE ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN.
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
