AT 11 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADARS AND AUTOMATED RAIN GAGES
HAVE INDICATED AS MUCH AS AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER MARION COUNTY
SINCE 8AM EDT.
 
MARION COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES HAS REPORTED SOME FLOODING ALONG THE
BUFFALO CREEK NEAR MANNINGTON.  SURROUNDING TRIBUTARIES ARE AT OR NEAR
FLOODING.
 
RADAR INDICATES THAT RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO FALL OVER THE COUNTY THROUGH
1PM THIS AFTERNOON CAUSING ADDITIONAL RUNOFF AND THE POTENTIAL FOR
FLOODING OF STREAMS AND CREEKS.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAlFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
