FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...INDIANA COUNTY...WESTMORELAND COUNTY.
 
AT 910 PM FLOODING WAS REPORTED IN WESTMORELAND COUNTY WEST OF
SALTSBURG. HEAVY RAIN IS FALLING ALONG NORTERN WESTMORLAND COUNTY FROM
SALTSBURG TO NEW FLORENCE. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING INTO
THIS AREA AND THE SOUTHERN PART OF INDIANA COUNTY IN THE NEXT HOUR OR
SO. STREAMS ARE STILL RISING AND NEW FLOODING WILL OCCUR.
 
MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO CROSS BRIDGES OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY
