FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 715 PM RADAR SHOWED THAT NEARLY ONE AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN FELL IN
SOUTHERN INDIANA COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA...APPROXIMATELY FROM HOMER CITY TO
BLAIRSVILLE...OVER BLACK LICK CREEK AND TWO LICK CREEK. ADDITIONAL HEAVY
RAIN IS APPROACHING THIS AREA FROM THE WEST. STREAMS ARE EXPECTED TO
FLOOD WITHIN 2 HOURS.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
