FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTH WEST VIRGINIA

AT 445 PM RADAR SHOWED OVER 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOUR IN NORTH
CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST TUCKER COUNTY...IN THE THOMAS AND WILLIAM WEST
VIRGINIA AREAS. ADDITIONAL RAIN IS APPROACHING FROM THE SOUTH. STREAMS
SHOULD RISE RAPIDLY AND LOW SPOTS WILL BE FLOODED.
