IN WEST PENNSYLVANIA ...BEAVER COUNTY...WASHINGTON COUNTY IN THE WEST VIRGINIA PANHANDLE ...BROOKE COUNTY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN PITTSBURGH INDICATES AN INCH AND A HALF OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN BROOKE COUNTY IN AN HOUR. CROSS CREEK AND SHORT CREEK HAVE OVERFLOWED THEIR BANKS. ROUTE 2 IN WELLSBURG HAS FLOODED. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
