PITTSBURGH WEATHER RADAR INDICATES THAT 2.1 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN
THE PAST ONE HOUR ABOUT 2 MILES SOUTHWEST OF STRASBURG. THE HEAVY RAIN
IS FALLING ALONG CHERRY RUN AND BROAD RUN. THESE CREEKS MAY RISE RAPIDLY
OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS MOVING INTO THIS
