FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  615 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN THE MARYLAND PANHANDLE
 
   ...GARRETT COUNTY
 
AT 410 PM RADAR SHOWED ONE AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN IN JUST A FEW HOURS
IN THE EASTERN PART OF GARRETT COUNTY MARYLAND. SOME MUDSLIDES HAVE
CLOSED ROADS. STREAMS SHOULD RISE RAPIDLY AND CAUSE ADDITIONAL FLOODING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT
IN RISING WATEhR SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
