FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 AM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST PENNSYLVANIA
 
   ...CLARION COUNTY
 
DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINS OVER NORTHERN AND
WESTERN CLARION COUNTY. THE HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE FLOODING
ESPECIALLY ALONG THE PAINT AND DEER CREEK AND THEIR ADJOINING
TRIBUTARIES.
 
 
BE CAREFUL AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGER OF
FLOODS.  IF YOU GET ANY INDICATION THAT FLOODS ARE
APPROACHING...QUICKLY  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
