FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM EDT
FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO

WEATHER RADAR SHOWS THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAINS OVER HARRISON
COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT NEARLY 2.50 OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE LAST
HOUR. THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.
