FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

WEATHER RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS OVER BOTH
ALLEGHENY AND BEAVER COUNTIES. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING WEST AROUND 10
MPH. THE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLOODING.
