IN SOUTHEAST CALDWELL COUNTY 46 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PADUCAH. MOVEMENT WAS
EAST AT 40 MPH. A TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH OR NEAR LAKE
BESHEAR BY 830 PM CDT.
