IN SOUTHEAST MISSOURI ...WAYNE COUNTY THE WAYNE COUNTY CIVIL DEFENSE REPORTS A FUNNEL CLOUD NEAR THE JUNCTION OF HIGHWAYS 34 AND 67 NEAR SILVA. DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR IN PADUCAH ALSO SHOWED INDICATIONS OF A TORNADO IN THIS AREA. THE STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL AFFECT AREAS FROM NEAR CLUBB TO SHOOK BETWEEN 545 AND 600 PM.
