FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH OR NEAR COLUMBUS AND
CLINTON KENTUCKY IN HICKMAN COUNTY BY 315 AM CDT.
 
AT 3 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 35 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF PADUCAH...NEAR CLINTON.  MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
