IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY ...BERGEN COUNTY...ESSEX COUNTY...PASSAIC COUNTY...UNION COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING UNION, ESSEX, PASSAIC AND BERGEN COUNTIES. THESE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH. THEY WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 58 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
