SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM EDT
FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST CONNECTICUT
 
   ...SOUTHERN NEW LONDON COUNTY
 
AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS
 
 
THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM FOR NEW LONDON COUNTY HAS BEEN EXTENDED FOR
ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER THE THAMES RIVER
BASIN NORTH OF NEW LONDON IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.  IT WILL
MOVE TOWARD MYSTIC DURING THE NEXT THIRTY MINUTES.
 
THIS STORM IS VERY DANGEROUS AND MAY PRODUCE DAMAGING HAIL...
STRONG GUSTY WINDS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...AND HEAVY RAIN.
