IN NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY ...UNION COUNTY AT 8:45 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER MORRIS COUNTY NEAR DOVER MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
