BENTON COUNTY...NEAR BIG SANDY AT 1130 AM CDT. THIS STORM WILL MOVE
SOUTHEAST THROUGH BENTON COUNTY AND PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS...AND
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING DURING THE NEXT HOUR.  THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS
MOVING SOUTHEAST 30 MILES AN HOUR.
