3 MILES NORTH OF DOVER IN STEWART COUNTY. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
IS MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHWEST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR AND CROSS THE
CUMBERLAND RIVER JUST NORTHWEST OF DOVER BY 645 PM CDT.
