WARNED AREA. THESE MERGERS WILL LIKELY CREATE RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN 1
AND 2 INCHES IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. DUE TO THE PAST HEAVY
RAINFALL...FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS AND LOW LYING AREAS WILL LIKELY
