000 TTAA00 KOMA 090119 TOROMA NEC097-090145- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OMAHA/VALLEY NE 817 PM CDT MON MAY 8 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA/VALLEY HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 845 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA ...WESTERN JOHNSON COUNTY RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO JUST NORTH OF CRAB ORCHARD... OR ABOUT 20 MILES EAST NORTHEAST OF BEATRICE. MOVEMENT WAS NORTH AT 30 MPH. THE COMMUNITY OF STERLING IS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM. PERSONS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.
