AT 531 PM RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR WINNEBAGO NEBRASKA OR
ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH SOUTHWEST OF SxIOUX CITY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING
NORTH AT 30 MPH.
