SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PERSISTED AT 625 PM CDT FROM JUST EAST OF RED OAK
IOWA SOUTHEAST TO NEAR CLARINDA. THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE LOWLAND
FLOODING AND FLOODING OF STREETS IN ADDITION TO LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING
WINDS. LITTLE MOVEMENT HAS OCCURRED WITH THESE STORMS SINCE 530 PM CDT.
 
BE READY TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  CAMPERS SHOULD MOVE TO A SAFE PLACE
IMMEDIATELY AWAY FROM SMALL STREAMS.
