IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...SOUTHERN STEELE COUNTY AT 420 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR ELLENDALE OR 12 MILES SOUTH OF OWATONNA. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH AND WILL EFFECT THE TOWNS OF HOPE AND OWATONNA BY 445 PM. LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS...AND TORRENTIAL RAINS ARE LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
