IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...STEVENS COUNTY AT 242 AM A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH A HISTORY OF 60 MILES AN HOUR WINDS WAS 15 MILES WEST OF MORRIS MINNESOTA AND WAS MOVING TO THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT ABOUT 50 MILES AN HOUR.
