AT 545 PM...A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING EAST OF THE TWIN
CITIES METROPOLITAN AREA. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE 5 MILES EAST OF
DOWNTOWN ST PAUL FROM STACY TO OAKBURY TO SOUTH ST PAUL. THIS LINE OF
STORMS WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
