AT 355 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED CLUSTER OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS MOVING OVER CHAMBERS COUNTY FROM GEORGIA. THE STORMS WERE
MOVING RAPIDLY NORTHWEST AT 40 TO 45 MILES AN HOUR. THESE STORMS WILL
AFFECT THE LANETT/FAIRFAX AREA BY 405 TO 410 PM AND LAFAYETTE BY 420 PM.
 
THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN GEORGIA.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
