AT 729 PM...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM OVER EXTREME SOUTHEAST LOWNDES COUNTY NEAR FORT DEPOSIT.
THIS STORM WAS DRIFTING SOUTHWEST AT 5 TO 10 MPH. THIS STORM HAS
PRODUCED WIND DAMAGE IN THE FORT DEPOSIT AREA DURING THE PAST 15
MINUTES.
 
THIS IS A CONTINUATION OF THE WARNING THAT WAS IN EFFECT FOR LOWNDES
COUNTY.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
HAS PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
