MISSISSIPPI AND THE WESTERN FLORIDA PANHANDLE...

THE ATMOSPHERE OVER THE CENTRAL GULF REGION IS VERY UNSTABLE THIS
MORNING AND WITH AFTERNOON HEATING...STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL
ONCE AGAIN DEVELOP AND MOVE SOUTH ACROSS THE AREA.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL APPROACH CHOCTAW...CLARKE AND WILCOX COUNTIES OF
ALABAMA BY NOON AND MOVE SOUTH AT 25 TO 35 MPH TOWARD THE COAST.
THE STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE IN THE MOBILE AREA BETWEEN 3 AND 4 PM.
VERY STRONG WINDS AND HAIL WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREAT WITH THESE STORMS.

PERSONS PLANNING TO BE OUTDOORS TODAY IN SOUTHERN ALABAMA...SOUTHEAST
