AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MELBOURNE FL 204 PM EDT THU JUN 22 1995 THE MODELS CONTINUE FORECASTING THE GRADUAL WEAKENING AND DEPARTURE OF THE UPPER LEVEL TROUGH IN ADDITION TO THE WESTWARD MOVEMENT OF THE WEAK SURFACE LOW FROM THE SOUTHEASTERN TO THE SOUTHWESTERN GULF OF MEXICO. IN THEIR RESPECTIVE PLACES...A DEEP LAYER RIDGE WILL BUILD ACROSS THE SOUTHWEST ATLANTIC INTO FL AS WE HEAD TOWARDS THE WEEKEND.
