FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 2AM...EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IN MARTIN COUNTY REPORTED THAT SOME
FLOODING WAS STILL OCCURRING WITHIN THE COUNTY. ALTHOUGH THE HEAVIEST
RAIN HAS MOVED NORTH OUT OF THE COUNTY...AN AREA OF MODERATE RAIN STILL
REMAINS SLOWING THE RATE OF DRAINAGE. AS A RESULT...A FLOOD WARNING WILL
BE EXTENDED FOR MARTIN COUNTY.
 
A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
MOST FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE
