FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEAST WISCONSIN

A SEVERE STORM WITH 60 TO 70 MPH WINDS... BASED ON SPOTTER
REPORTS... WAS IN THE ELKHORN AREA. THIS STORM WAS MOVING
SOUTH/SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. IT WAS EXPANDING EAST TOWARD RACINE AND
KENOSHA COUNTIES.  SOME CITIES IN THE PATH OF THIS SEVERE STORM ARE
LAKE GENEVA... BURLINGTON... AND SILVER LAKE.
