SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN SOUTHWEST FLORIDA

AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS ALONG THE SOUTHEAST FLORIDA COAST
AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS
 
AT 820 PM EDT MIAMI DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
ACROSS NORTHERN COLLIER COUNTY NEAR CORKSCREW ISLAND. THE STORM
WAS MOVING NORTH AND NORTHEAST AT NEAR 30 MPH AND WILL MOVE NEAR
THE TOWN OF IMMOKALEE BY 845 PM EDT. ALSO...STRONG TO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE JUST WEST OF MILES CITY AND SUNNILAND MOVING
EAST AND NORTHEAST AT NEAR 30 MPH.
 
DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. SEEK
SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS. DO NOT USE
TELEPHONES OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.
