000 TTAA00 KMIA 121815 RRA SVRMIA FLC011-121930- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MIAMI FL 215 PM EDT WED JUL 12 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 330 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...... IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA ...EASTERN BROWARD COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS NATIIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM LIKELY TO DEVELOP INTO SEVERE WEATHER BY 230 THROUGH 330 PM OVER METROPOLITAN BROWARD COUNTY. THE STORM EXTENDS NORTH AND SOUTH ALONG U.S. 441 AND THE TURNPIKE OVER MUCH OF THE COUNTY AND WILL PROBABLY CAUSE STRONG DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND POSSIBLY HAIL. DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN... AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING. STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
