A 732 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO JUST SOUTH OF
COVINGTON. MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR...THE STORM CONTAINING
THE TORNADO WILL PASS SOUTH OF COVINGTON AND WILL AFFECT THE TABERNACLE
AND CHARLESTON COMMUNITIES BEFORE 800 PM.
