000 TTAA00 KMEM 282132 RRA SVRMEM TNC005-282215- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MEMPHIS TN 329 PM CST SAT JAN 28 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEMPHIS HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 415 PM CST FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...... IN WEST TENNESSEE ...BENTON COUNTY AT 325 PM CST DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ENTERING BENTON COUNTY ABOUT 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CAMDEN AND IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST ABOUT 20 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL PASS SOUTH OF CAMDEN BY 4 PM AND AT THAT POINT WILL CROSS THE TENNESSEE RIVER INTO MIDDLE TENNESSEE. THIS STORM HAS HAD A HISTORY OF HAIL WHILE IT WAS MOVING THROUGH CARROLL COUNTY. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A STRONG BUILDING. DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN... AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. STAY INSIDE AWAY FROM WINDOWS UNTIL THE STORM HAS PASSED.
