   ...NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PHILLIPS COUNTY
 
AT 645 PM WEATHER RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ENTERING PHILLIPS
COUNTY ABOUT 6 MILES WEST OF MARVELL. THE STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 40
MILES AN HOUR AND WILL PASS JUST TO THE SOUTH OF MARVELL AROUND 7 PM.
