FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  300 PM CDT
FOR PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHEAST ARKANSAS
 
   ...LAWRENCE COUNTY...RANDOLPH COUNTY
 
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN HAVE BEEN MOVING ACROSS WESTERN
PORTIONS OF RANDOLPH AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES ALL MORNING. DOPPLER RADAR
HAS ESTIMATED THAT THREE TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS OCCURRED OVER
WESTERN RANDOLPH AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES BETWEEN 9 AM AND NOON. ADDITIONAL
THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING SOUTHEAST OUT OF MISSOURI INTO THESE COUNTIES.
 
HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY TO CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST 2 PM...AND MAY PRODUCE
FLOODING...ESPECIALLY IN THE IMBODEN AND BLACK ROCK AREAS.
