FL00D WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 600 AM CST WEDNESDAY MORNING
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHEAST MISSISSIPPI

   ...LEE COUNTY...NORTHERN MONROE COUNTY

THE STAGE ON TOWN CREEK IN TUPELO WAS 23.0 FEET AT 1045 PM. FLOOD
STAGE IS 21 FEET. TOWN CREEK HAS CRESTED AND EXPECTED TO FALL BELOW
FLOOD STAGE BY 6 AM WEDNESDAY MORNING.  AT THIS STAGE SOME LOWLAND
AND AGRICULTURAL FLOODING OCCURS.


DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
