IN WEST TEXAS ...EASTERN PECOS COUNTY AT 715 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED 5 MILES SOUTHEAST OF BAKERSFIELD OR ABOUT 10 MILES WEST OF SHEFFIELD. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. STRONG GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND LARGE HAIL MAY ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER STORMS.
