IN WEST TEXAS ...ANDREWS COUNTY AT 1040 PM CDT... DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR FRANKEL CITY. THIS STORM SHOULD BE IN THE VICINITY OF ANDREWS BY 1055 PM CDT. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY LARGE HAIL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS. REMEMBER...
