THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES SOUTH OF ORLA. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTH AT 20 MILES AN
HOUR. THIS STORM SHOULD CROSS I-20 ABOUT 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF TOYAH BY
9 PM CDT.

AT 425 PM CDT (325 PM MDT)...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH
VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED IN AN AREA EXTENDING FROM CARLSBAD NEW
MEXICO TO 15 MILES EAST OF MALAGA NEW MEXICO. OTHER SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...WERE WIDELY SCATTERED
FROM 18 MILES SOUTH OF FORT STOCKTON TO 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
MARATHON. MOVEMENT WAS SOUTHEAST AT 10 MILES AN HOUR.

THROUGH 530 PM CDT (430 PM MDT)...FURTHER INTENSIFICATION OF THESE
THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED. SMALL HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS. SOME STORMS...PARTICULARLY IN
