IN SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO ...WESTERN EDDY COUNTY AT 333 PM MDT (433 PM CDT)...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING INTO EXTREME WESTERN EDDY COUNTY 15 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF HOPE.
